We are not allowed to print any trademarked or copyrighted logos(unless granted written permission from the owner or company).

Unfortunately, we are only able to design items with the name/number for professional sports players if you are related and/or married to that specific player. We are happy to produce designs with general city nameplates instead, though!

Yes, we can. However, we require a hi-res image.

We would love to design something custom with you in mind! However, we do not provide proofs without a purchase. PRESSED cannot begin to work on a custom design with you until you complete the DESIGN CONSULTATION form  on our website. This page will also allow you to send your notes/ideas to us as well as all of the information we need to bring your vision to life. Once we receive your form our designer will reach out to you to confirm all the details, send you an invoice and get you over a design proof!

All PRESSED products are handmade. Because of this, sometimes we make alterations to best fit the design. Please note that not all proofs are drawn to scale. If there is a specific color that you want, please make sure that it is made apparent to us ahead of production time.

We send out proofs for approval from the customer before we send a custom product into production. PRESSED is not liable for mistakes with a design if the proof was approved by you, and we will not offer returns/exchanges. Please make sure you fully read our design notes before giving approval! 

Please note that we try our very best to match colors used on your custom design to your desired teams/organizations. However, please keep in mind that PRESSED is a customization company that uses a variety of materials and printing processes, so specific colors may not reflect the same exact hue or color value. We do our absolute best to find the closest match.

Your custom PRESSED piece is always handmade with you in mind! Production starts after payment is received.  Please note that turnaround time is dependent on time of year and order volume. 

Yes, we do ship internationally, but please note shipping costs will be higher. We are not responsible for any additional costs associated with international shipping.

No, we do not allow customers to send their product back to make any alterations(addition or subtraction of customization).

Because our clothing is handmade, we recommend hand washing your items inside out with a gentle cleaning solution. To best care for your PRESSED creation leave the garment out to air dry(never place it in the dryer!).

Due to the fact that all products are custom and designed by hand, all sales are final.
